Product Description
1.Summary：Battery formation line is the supporting equipment of formation process in battery production. According to the actual operation conditions, we further improve the operability and practicability. With this device, the battery can be charging under relatively closed conditions, and the acid fume can be recovered at the same time, which improves the working environment of workers and lengthens the life of the workers.
2.Equipment structure：
The battery formation line is composed of stainless steel frame, cooling tank, power chain plate, suction cover, upper and lower lifting door and end plate.
Stainless steel frame:adopt 30*50mm,304ss,the foot cup is made of 316L material,the height can be adjusted through it.
Cooling tank: when the battery is charging, a lot of heat will be generated. In order to ensure the formation effect, cooling water should be added to cool down; there is an overflow port on the side of the tank, which can overflow the upper hot water out to ensure the height of the water level.
Suction cover: adopt integral air pumping, suction cover support and stainless steel frame welding, so as to ensure that the exhaust cover is stable. The acid fume produced by the formation is sent to the outdoor acid fume treatment tower through the exhaust pipe. The ventilation cover is made of transparent material, which can be seen as good transparency, improving the dark weather and the visual operating environment of evening work.
Power chain plate: PP chain plate, lined with wear-resistant PE sliver, can effectively reduce friction resistance. The reducer drives the chain plate to rotate, thus saving manual battery handling time.
End plate:the end plate is made of stainless steel square tube+PVC plate, and equipped with 316L stainless steel quick opening, flexible opening, and the bottom points of the end plate are provided with rotatable sliding fulcrums. Just pull gently to open.
