Features

The entire system is completely enclosed, which ensures the purity of the formulated colloidal electrolyte and eliminates environmental pollution during the process;
Double-layer design of the mixing tank, which can indirectly cool the electrolyte by flowing cold water;
High-speed mixer can also connect with chiller directly to ensure that the acid is at a low temperature
The system is stable in structure, easy to operate and easy to maintain;
A high degree of automation, feeding ( sulfuric acid or pure water, fumed silica ) accurate, mixing ( dispersion ) process, working time of each section,mixing speed, temperature can be preset
High-speed mixing tank and low-speed mixing tank work simultaneously to ensure mixing and filling which greatly improves production efficiency;
There are observation holes and illumination lamps on the mixing tanks for easy observation, sampling in working conditions;
