After the processing, an inverted groove structure can be formed, which can better combine the plastic PP material with lead. When shrinking due to thermal expansion, it can better inhibit the shift of plastic and lead, and because of the external expansion force of plastic, the plastic in the groove is tightly combined with the corresponding part of the terminal.

The same product increases acid climbing distance and reduces the risk of acid climbing. Because the groove is formed, the acid climbing distance increases. And the plastic and the terminal in the groove can be tightly combined, the gap between lead and plastic becomes smaller. Therefore, the improved structure can effectively prevent acid climbing
